Karthik Subramanyam has been involved in the tech industry for over 20 years in Australia, New Zealand and India. His vision to be innovative, disruptive and to control his own destiny saw him create Innovat.edge in Australia.

Karthik is passionate about solving technology issues for business owners and C-Suite customers.

He has worked for start-ups as well as multinationals such as IBM and Sony Corporation. He also actively participates in community fundraising events and organisations such as Toastmasters International.

Dale Crowther

Dale has over 20 years’ experience in the IT Services industry providing advanced IT system administration and support over a wide range of IT areas relating to hardware, OS & application management for installations, upgrade and repairs across Servers, SANs, Storage Devices, Backup Devices, Desktops, Network Devices, Laptops and various associated peripherals.

Consistently delivering IT projects and services to the business user, Dale has a keen eye when it comes to getting a strong grasp of stakeholder IT requirements in order to uniquely tailor solutions that are right for them to maximise performance and reduce overheads.

Sujani Renganathan

Sujani has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. She has a wide range of experience working for small, mid-size, and large organisations like Bank of New Zealand, IBM. She has extensive experience working with technologies including IBM Watson search engine and has worked in different roles that includes Software Development, Support Engineer, Agile & Design Thinking leader.

She leads with a positive attitude, always brings enthusiasm and builds a culture of trust to the team. She likes listening to music and practices vocal classical Carnatic music.

Radhika Gopalakrishnan

Technical Consultant

Radhika is a Technical Consultant specialising in Zoho suites of products, with over 7 years of experience in implementing and streamlining software solutions, business workflows, and assessing business-level strategies.

In addition, Radhika is a certified ServiceNow System Administrator specialising in service management. Furthermore, she specialises in creating and implementing marketing strategies to reach and engage customers through the HubSpot platform.

Duncan Bennet

Duncan Bennet is a long term Information Technology industry stalwart, and has held senior roles as ANZ VP and Managing Director at Forte Software, Sun Microsystems and VMware. Duncan also sits on the Board of a number of “For purpose” organisations including his role as Chair of Coast and Country Primary Care and Vice Chair of Volunteering Central Coast. In addition, Duncan mentors a number of senior executives in the IT industry plus also is actively involved in mentoring year 9 students who are seeking career advice and guidance.

Duncan has been an advisor to Karthik and Innovat.edge since inception.

Peter Young

With 30 years’ experience in the New Zealand and Australasian IT industry across both the reseller and distribution sectors, Peter brings a wealth of knowledge and contacts to Innovat.edge. Peter has been involved with several successful start-up businesses in both IT and other sectors and has held senior management positions in Sales and Marketing for some of New Zealand’s most successful resellers and distributors. He is currently a member of the Senior Leadership Team for Lexel Systems in New Zealand – one of the countries fasting growing system integrators. Over the last ten years Peter has also been an active mentor with Business Mentors New Zealand where his sales, marketing, IT and general management skills have been keenly sought after by both start up and established companies from a wide variety of industries. Outside of work, Peter is an avid sports person and is a Parent Ambassador for Ronald McDonald House.

He is customer centric, innovative and passionate about new technologies and has a strong knowledge of business operations of domains such as banking, insurance, telecom, distribution, retail and manufacturing. Sridhar, became an entrepreneur after a long stint as Head of various Information Systems & Technology departments at reputed organisations in India and abroad.
